Experts2Care are searching for a Clinical Deputy Manager to work in their specialist dementia and complex needs Nursing Home in the Herefordshire countryside. ord. The luxury home is purpose built and boasts some fantastic facilities including a café, cinema room and a hair salon. This opportunity would suit a Senior nurse, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.
About the role:
You will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs. You will carry out essential nursing tasks and duties including catheterisation and distribution of medication. You will communicate and liaise with other professionals involved the care and well-being of the residents including family members You will effectively lead the staff team, providing clinical information, guidance, on-going supervision and support.
The role is 40 hours a week fully supernumerary

Requirements:
· Registered Nurse (RMN ideally)
· Sound Clinical knowledge
· Previous experience managing a team
· Experience working in Elderly/Dementia Care
· Knowledge and experience of CQC compliance
· Flexible and adaptable
