Residential Home Manager (Elderly and Dementia)

Location – Swindon

Salary – £60,000

Experts2care are pleased to be working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager for their medium to large sized Residential Home based in the Swindon area, which provides elderly and dementia residential care within the home.

The Candidate: This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care. My client would like to meet people capable of supporting and inspiring a team whilst placing an importance on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting and developing the team you're leading & ensuring a sound financial performance.

Requirements: Proven 2 years Residential Care Home experience. Strong knowledge of CQC and holds NVQ Level 5

Location:

This role is based in the Swindon area and would be commutable from Cirencester, Oxford, Gloucester, Chippenham, Corsham, Cheltenham, Bourton-on-the-Water and other surrounding areas.
