Regional Support Manager - North West Region (Stockport/Bolton/Bradford)

£50k Plus £5,000 Car Allowance and paid Mileage (up to 55k Package)



Experts2care are working with a well-established Care Home group to recruit a Regional Support Manager to support homes across the North West.

Our client is an award winning national care provider with nursing and residential services.

What you'll do: This is an exciting role where you'll be tasked with supporting the Home Management Team until a permanent manager can be recruited including taking registration of the home if required and lead projects as directed by the Operations team. Assisting in the induction and hand over of the home once a manager has started and following up with guidance and support. To lead, manage, and be accountable for the implementation and continuous monitoring of policies and procedures and compliance towards legislative and regulatory guidelines. To lead by example and provide strong leadership skills through conducting audits and ensuring any corrective action. Assisting in the recruitment of staff and supporting the HR Manager with any disciplinary and grievance procedures.


What you'll bring: It is essential that you have extensive turnaround experience within a range of care/nursing homes, strong commercial understanding, comprehensive knowledge of relevant current statutory legislation and good practice principals, solid track record of successful management of large care homes ideally with dementia care, full and current driving licence with the ability to travel within the North West.
